The Only Place in Town
I have had many visitors lately, and they all say, "This is the only place in town that seems prosperous!" or "This is the only place in town I see new houses being built!" Yup. That's us. Belvedere. There only place in town!
I'm glad to see there's still a lot of activity in Belvedere. We were hoping to build in this neighborhood, in anticipation of our move in May/June of 2010. However, once lots 44 and 45 were purchased, we couldn't find a similar lot that was going to give us exactly what we desired. Therefore, we ended up purchasing a house in Old Trail -- and it's under construction now!! We're very excited ...
